If you answered "yes" to any of the questions above, you've come to the right place. :)
There are three main purposes of this thread:
- If/when you come across a problem, glitch, or other unusual/unexpected technical feature on the site, let us know! You can alert us to the glitch—the more specifics, the better!—in the comment section below (and as always, you can also use the Report an Issue link at at the bottom of the page). NMG staff will look into the issue, contact the tech team at Ning (the web platform that hosts NMG) if necessary, and with luck, the issue will be fixed soon.
- If/when staff need help testing solutions or confirming how something is functioning on your end, we may call upon you here. Just a few minutes to test something out and see if it works can make a world of difference.
- If/when something technical is under investigation, you can check back here for updates on any new developments, and find out when the issue has been resolved. (If you'd like to receive email notifications of new posts on this message board, so you don't miss any announcements and/or opportunities to assist, feel free to click on the "follow" button below!)
