  • Darn, u took my mugs cakes XD
You will need- marshmallows( minis), chocolate, mixed berries, waffle cone.

1.) Stuff your waffle cone with all of the above. (at the bottom put some marshmallows then chocolate than marshmallows again then fruit)
    2.) Wrap in tin foil.
3.) If u r doing this over a fire, then put a rack over it and put ur cone on it, turning it every once in a while. If it's on a gas burner, just put it down and turn it.
4.) After about 5 minutes (ish) take the foil covered cone off and unwrap it. If it needs more time, wrap it back up and keep turning. If not, ENJOY!
    1. For grown up ghosts get 4 sheets of toilet paper and for babies take 2.
    2. Fold the toilet paper strips in half and for the babies rip a little off the edges so that they are the right shape.
    3. Paint a face on the ghosts with black paint. (I used acrylic which worked great, but any paint will work as long as it's not too wet)
    4. Rip the bottom square into strips with it still attached to the head.
    5. Decorate any more you want. (I used some glow in the dark paint, but it didn't really show up)
    6. Glue a clear string onto the top and hang wherever you want.
I will post a picture in my Art so that you can see how they look.
  • Crispy Potato patties.
This isn't really my idea I got it from a recipe and changed it a little.

So cut potatoes in half and boil. Then place each half about 1-2 inches apart on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Push down on each half with the bottom of a glass or something and cook for 20 minutes 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure the potatoes don't touch when you flatten them, so they come out as patties. And once you bake them they'll be crispy.
  • Hmmm....I like to cut up old T-shirts and turn them into bags, pillows, and finger less gloves. If anyone is interested in a particular project, please reply to this post (or PM me), and I'll post directions.
    • I like making T-shirt bags too!

Well, I definitely don't xP (And I'm a day away from 17 years old, so that's saying something) Therefore it's probably not the best to assume that everyone else knows how to cook waffles either, as not all of us cook very often if at all or haven't specifically made waffles. We all come from different backgrounds and life experiences after all :)
      • Thanks! I didn't realize that! :)
      • Congrats on turning 17!

Letting Go Of The Past

I sometimes have trouble letting go of things that I regret. I'll spend days just worrying over what I should have done better. How can I let go of the past and move forward? - Anonymous   Oh goodness, I can relate to this so much that it’s almost painful. The past—especially the parts of the past that we regret—does have a way of overstaying its welcome in our minds; I think it’s a somewhat universal difficulty, or at least one that many of us (including me) struggle with. The good news is…

When Friends Are Ignoring You

“At school, I feel like my friends are ignoring me, and don’t really want to be with me. Sometimes I don’t want to hangout with them because all they talk about is boys and crushes. So I feel like feeling left out and alone makes me a hypocrite, because stuff like that doesn’t interest me. But when I think about it, I think that all my friends have more friends they’d rather be with than me. Sorry if this is tedious. Any advice?” -Anonymous Gosh, I know almost exactly you feel. Especially with…

Crush Clarification

“Things have been weird between my crush and I. A few weeks ago, I left an anonymous note in his locker saying that I liked him, and he figured out it was me. We are still friends, but the note thing doesn't have any sort of conclusion! I want to do more, but I need a definite answer to the note.” -Anonymous Well if you want a definite answer, the best thing would be to ask him! Communication is vital in any relationship, and is really good for clearing up ambiguity. If you can, I would catch…

Talking About Tampons/Swimming On Your Period

So, I'm going to camp this summer, which is cool, but I'll be there at the time when I tend to have my period, and I don't want to miss out on swimming with everybody. The problem: I don't wear tampons, and my mom isn't that fond of them. But I might want to bring some to camp, just so I can swim and do all the athletic activities. How do I talk about this with my mom??? - Anonymous   Hi! That does sound like some slightly unfortunate timing. The good news, though, is that doesn’t need to…

Ask A Girl: Need advice? Give great advice? We help each other! Ask your questions or answer any of the questions already here. Your post will appear in a day or two, so check back often. We've had many girls ask if their questions can be anonymous, and that is not possible on this website. We want you to know that girls in NMG can trust each other, even with embarrassing questions. And if you want to, you can change your user name to a "not real" name that will then also be used in the magazine if your Ask A Girl question is published.

Letters To Luna: I'm Luna, the spirit of New Moon. Write a letter to me with your opinions and suggestions about the magazine and website. I love to read all your notes! Because I get so many letters, I can't reply online. But a select few letters get published in each issue!

Body & Feelings: Body image, mood swings, puberty, your first period, and so much more! The information girls need!

Check It Out: Share your rants and raves about books, magazines, movies, products, music, ads, tv, internet and more. Love it? Hate it? Let us know!

For The Curious: How does stuff in our world happen? Post and ask about experiments, tech, coding, math,  science, engineering, and more!  It's all about the weird, wonderful, and wacky! Be curious and be surprised.

Go Girls & Women Change the World: Amazing girls and women make the world a better place every day. Tell us about who you admire - now and from the past.  These don't have to be people who are already famous!

How Aggravating & Howl at the Moon: Tell us when you see something that's unfair to girls and women -you can vent about it here! And, Howl out your accomplishments and the things that make you proud as a person and a girl!

Love Remembers: Whether it's losing a beloved pet or a cherished person, loss is painful and can be difficult to cope with. But talking about our loved ones and keeping their memories alive can help. Share your beautiful memories here.

Random Stuff: Want a place to be silly, start message board games, or talk about stuff that doesn't fit into the other categories? Then check out this message board!

Role Play: Do you like role playing games? RPG’s are games where players (that’s you!) play the roles of characters in a fictional setting and have all kinds of adventures. See where the stories take you!

Voice Box: We can have different opinions and still be friends and listen respectfully to each other. We're interested to learn about other people's points of view and we don't have to try to convince them to think like we do. This is where we share opinions about issues that are important to us.

Contests & Games: Do you love creating new contests or games for everyone to play? Do you love playing in them? This is the place for you to make your own contests and games and invite everyone to participate! Remember, just like everywhere else on, if you make a contest or game, it must be open to everyone who wants to join in!
